MEET THE TEAM
Theko Letsie
Executive Director

Theko is an Entrepreneur and Founder of 3E Group where he is currently heading various ventures, including serving as the Business Development Manager of 3E Control and Instrumentation Pty Ltd.
Theko is a registered Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). He began his engineering career at Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR), progressing from Graduate Engineer to Senior Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Engineer, leading EPCM projects.
He later joined DRA Global as a Lead Electrical Control and Instrumentation (EC&I) Engineer before moving to Yokogawa, where he headed the Southern African Mining division as Mining Business Development Manager.
With over 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Mining, Mineral Processing and Metals industries, Theko has been involved in engineering, procurement, supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance and operational projects across the industry lifecycle.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Honours in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cape Town (UCT) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Wits Business School (WBS).
Makabele Letsie
Non-Executive Director

Makabele holds a BComm Honours from the University of the Witwatersrand and has built a career spanning economic planning, fundraising, executive support, investor relations and public relations.
Her experience extends across the non-profit, government and mining sectors, providing a strong commercial and strategic perspective.
Since 2015, she has been employed by Bushveld Minerals, an AIM-listed mining company, where she serves as an Investor Relations and Public Relations Analyst.
Makabele graduated from the University of Lesotho with a BComm in Economics, with a minor in Business Administration, and also holds a BComm Honours in Economics.
